At 8:15 AM on December 13, 2016 we receive notice from the City of Angels Camp that they are holding a Special City Council meeting tonight, and that PER THE BROWN ACT, they posted it YESTERDAY!! HUH????The purpose of the Special Meeting is to appoint a new City Administrator. Unfortunately, their current CAO is leaving the area. This is a clear violation of the BROWN ACT!!!
