On December 15, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Gregory William Thaddeau Herrera at his residence in Copperopolis.
Herrera was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Elder Dependent Adult Cruelty, a felony and for Obstructing or Resisting a Public Peace Officer, a misdemeanor.
