Under a Writ of Sale issued out of the Superior Court of California, County of Calaveras on 04/20/2016, on a judgment rendered on 04/13/2016 for the sum of $532,015.90, I have levied upon all the rights title, claim and interest of the judgment debtor(s) Charles Richard Boggs, Tracy D. Boggs, New Hogan Properties, LLC, Charles R. Boggs and Tracy D. Boggs as Trustees of the Charles Richard Boggs Family Trust dated 07/24/91, The Scriven Family Trust, Tri Counties Bank, in the real property, in the County of Calaveras, described as follows: No situs address, 27 acres along the Calaveras River, Valley Springs, CA 95252. APN: 050-003-042-000.
The property to be sold is NOT subject to the right of redemption. The amount of the secured indebtedness with interest and costs: $ 570,000.00 (Estimated). Minimum Bid Amount (if applicable): $0.00.
