At the Calaveras Supervisors meeting, the first member of the public to speak was Vickie Reinke's husband, and personal friend of Mills, saying 'Point of Order' and that he feels Mr. Mills was going to support a BAN.
He is mad that the county is not going to support a ban, as all the Tea Party (Reinke' s) club, wants!!

Obviously, you enjoyed the aromas, you continued to sit next to her. Are you sure it wasn't your own stink you were smelling? Have you plucked your head out of that place where the sun doesn't shine?
Those Reinkes are nothing but trouble wherever they go. They live in the City of Angels camp and are run out of everything they try to control. Well, except the tea party....
