Supervisor Mills says Chair Oliveira confused

Supervisor Mills made the first statement regarding the cannabis agenda item for the Special Meeting on April 18, 2017.

He says now that the report Supervisor Garamendi turned over to the county was NOT in any way written by him and that he did not address this at the last meeting because Chair Oliveira was very confused at the time.

County Counsel then said that he could address his desire for a total ban during the discussion. Mills seems to be intimating that he was not part of the adhoc committee or that there was something not legal done.  This is the problem with an adhoc committee. There is no evidence to prove one way or the other.

Garamendi is preparing for a higher office, state or federal level. His thoughts are it his way or the highway.
Why is Wilensky moving? Is there a rift between Wilensky and Garamendi on representation of that district or did Wilensky's gig with SEIU move him to a higher level?
