Today at the Calaveras Supervisors meeting Mills, Clapp and Tofanelli conspired to intentionally skip Garamendi as Chair and elect Tofanelli.
Then when Oliveira nominated Garamendi to be Vice-Chair, Clapp and Mills made a loud complaint that Oliveira had been a bad Supervisor Chair and had not abided by the rules.
Will Oliveira stick by his friends, the Mike Preston racists, McManus Pot Banner and the Meutterties who worship them, or will he be a man and walk away.
He could be a good Supervisor if he stays away from that bunch! Clapp and Mills are supporting the extremist in Murphys, who is ONE of THEM!!!

Mills/Clapp are joined at the hip. Didn't know Tofanelli was a crook too, tho.
YEp, its all three. notice how quickly coapp nominated toffee and how toffee di not challenge? Talk about it prior to meeting, violation of brown act, conspiracy not beyond the three. now its clear.
