Trevor Wittke served a complaint and Point of Order on the Calaveras Supervisors, specifically aimed at Dennis Mills to force him to recuse himself from voting on the cannabis issue.
County Counsel called for a Closed Session and then stated that she does NOT provide legal counsel to individual Supervisors. Hmm...We'll see about that!
