UPDATE at 1:35 PM: It was confirmed that a coroner has been ordered to the scene. A tow truck has been dispatched to pick up the Jeep Cherokee on its side.
UPDATE: Animal control has been requested for two aggressive dogs involved in this collision. The air ambulance is landing at Chalcedon. A second air ambulance has been dispatched. One CHP is at the scene. Two others are en route.
UPDATE: This collision is on Camp Nine Road, 9 miles from Parrotts Ferry Road. One vehicle
is overturned. A second ambulance has been ordered.

An ambulance and tow truck are responding.
