"Be Best!" Where did that come from?

   Many were wondering what in the heck the phrase (if it is a phrase) "Be Best" means as the first lady's project.

   We now hear that it comes from the first day she was told she had to move into the White House. She was asked if she needed her own separate quarters and she said 'Be BEST!"
