On July 6, 2018 CHP arrested Nicole May Smith of Valley Springs at her residence on Rose Street.
Smith was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Vehicle Theft and Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, both felonies and for Failure to Appear on a separate warrant, a misdemeanor.
