We are well aware of what a woman who found her dog shot and killed by a crazy sick maniac neighbor feels. We have experienced a dog poisoning.
These mentally unstable people need to be locked up and the key thrown down the sewer. Are all of these nuts dirty ex-cops? We cannot be sure, but we do suspect this!
Animal cruelty is one of the worst insanities there are!
