Snow season is coming to Ebbetts Pass and other high country areas in California and Caltrans is getting ready.Chain installer permits are available for Hwy 4, 88, 89, and 108 from Caltrans for $200. Mandatory orientation will be October 16, 2019 in Angels Camp.
