On March 27, 2022 around 3:30 PM Calaveras Sheriff deputies arrested David Lee Foster (41) on Hwy 26 in West Point.
Foster was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Threatening a crim with intent to terrorize, a felony and Exhibiting a firearm in a threatening manner, a misdemeanor.
