OP-EDS in the Wind

Dear Editor:
   This is a letter after reading your article on CalTrans. Just to let anyone who has tried to voice a complaint to CalTrans know, if you are a woman you might as well forget it. But as an ex-employee, I can tell you that it's not just outside women who are treated with disdain.
   Try being one of the employees. Both women on the outside who complain about bad employees (males) and women employees who disagree with policy or actions taken, are labeled "crazy", or "ridiculous" or worse. I know, I have heard it.
   I appreciate that your paper has the guts to print the actions or bad treatment you have received. Please continue with your report and if you have names, put them in the article. It's time they were exposed!
