What Do Residents Care About?

It seems that during this election cycle everyone you talk to has a different idea of what is important, what has been mishandled, and what should change.
We've heard that the mishandling of the General Plan and the millions it has cost us is the most important.
Others feels that property rights, or the lack thereof, is the main issue.
Then there is Trinitas, the beautiful golf course, brought down into bankruptcy by some nasty neighbors. Was the County forthright and did it head off trouble in advance? Is it costing the taxpayers a lot of money because the Supervisors failed to pay attention to what was going on?
lawsuits the Supervisors have caused in recent years, whether  over the firing of Ray Waller, which cost us $500,000 or the lawsuits against the County over refusing to work with or approve projects, are a major concern.
The interpretation of land use or zoning codes bother a lot of people in the County, and whether the entire county should be in ag.
What about the noise ordinance, and dogs running wild?
Have you asked the candidates in your district how they stand on these important issues?
