Public Access Television: Wrong Info & Partial?

As most of you are certainly aware, the Sierra Sentinel has been in a battle with Public Access (cable channel 9) to present more accurately the meetings, at what time, in a more detailed and accurate fashion, to no avail.
We have e-mails detailing wrong information, excuses, and we have also listened to your complaints about the bias that is shown on any political interviews they are allowed to control.
The only person there to complain to is Kathy Northington, who is the Superintendent of Calaveras County Schools, and the Chair of the Peg Access Committee.
When you e-mail her a complaint, she  sets up a PEG access committee meeting, usually MONTHS IN the FUTURE.
This means that, as usual, nothing will be done, that partisan politics will continue down at the Channel 9 studios, which is supported by cable tv and taxes.
We have relayed many of the complaints we have been advised of and will let you know if there is any change. Do you know which Supervisor is basically the main one to influence Public Access?

We welcome your comments and complaints here at the Sentinel.
