We witnessed a CHP officer dragging a dead deer and a bumper out of the westbound lane of traffic on Hwy 4 this morning, just after 7 AM.
The hazard was just above the Utica Powerhouse on Hwy 4 and could have caused an accident on one of the turns.
We want to show our appreciation to this officer for his quick and thoughtful work to protect drivers on their way to work. Thank you!
