UPDATE: All lanes were reopen as of 1:05 PM per CHP.
At 12:25 PM: Three CHP, fire and ambulance are enroute to a fire on Hwy 4 at Utica Powerhouse Road just above Murphys.
A vehicle is blocking the Hwy. Two tow trucks have been dispatched Use extra caution if driving in that area.
