Two lawsuits are listed on the CCWD closed session agenda for the October 24, 2012 agenda at 9 AM. One is Edward Pattison, an employee they let go a couple of months ago, and the other is La Contenta Investors vs CCWD.
One other closed session item is the hiring of a new General Manager.
