Reports have surfaced that Bill and Tom Berryhill are now being investigated by the California FPPC for alleged money-laundering schemes involving the Republican Central Committees in the 2008 election.
At that time both brothers were running for office in neighboring districts. We'll try to let you know how it proceeds. They have hired an attorney to represent them in the case.

I understand that many Democrats do similar things with money. They all want to hide where it really comes from.
