Do we live in a Blue Zone?

A Blue Zone is where people live well into their nineties. Nowhere in America is there an area of longevity like that of the Greek Isle of Ikaria.

A study of the people there between the age of 66 and 91 shows that the drinking of strong boiled Greek coffee at least once a day (rather than the filtered coffee here in America) tends to improve the functioning cells that line their blood vessels, which could mean better cardiovascular health.
