It was so embarrassing when Supervisor Darren Spellman was called upon to declare the weekend of May 15, 2013, the County Fair and to present a plaque to Laurie Gianini.
He made stupid comments and giggled, like he always does when nervous. I don't thing he even looked at her. Callaway should call her in and do it over properly.

Spellman probably doesn't know the names of all the Republicans he's been attending events with, instead of representing the citizens of his district.
