Calaveras Right Wing Extremist Supervisors pay Hwy 12/26 Right-of-way

   The Calaveras Right Wings Extremist Supervisors have on their agenda for July 22, 2014 the approval of monies to be paid to two owners of property on either side of the Hwy 12/26 intersection improvement.

  According to the public record contracts, BLF Investment, LLC or LaQuita DeMarco who signed for the (C21) Tri-Dam building and will receive $247,000 for Right-of-Way and construction easements. The construction easement can be continued month to month for $950.00 a month.

   The other easement is with what is called the old train depot across Hwy 26 and a Construction Easement is on the agenda to be approved for $2300.00 to the Jurek Family - Michael and Alice Jurek. This easement can be extended by payment of $99.00 per month.

   This money will be paid by the County of Calaveras through Congestion Mitigation Air Quality funds, according to the agenda details.
