October 15, 2014 at 6:25 AM: The driver was missing and the passenger was taken to Doctors Hospital after the car they were riding in went into the canal at East Service Road and Geer Road in Hughson around 5 AM.
CHP is still attempting to locate the driver of the vehicle and has requested assistance.
