October 15, 2014: In what authorities believe is an act of vandalism, an AT&T cable near the central office in Sonora was cut late yesterday.
Reports indicate a wide outage of phones and internet service in the Sonora area is still affecting customers due to the fiber-optic cable being a main connector.
