If you come down Hwy 4 everyday, as many of us do, you couldn't help but notice the skid marks and tracks down the hillside from a car just before the helipad exit.
Apparently someone reported it on July 8, 2015 and the Sheriff investigated, but could find no vehicle down the mountainside at that location.
Perhaps CHP has a report. Would be hard to get themselves out of that hole without assistance from a tow truck. If anyone knows what happened there, let us know.
