On May 31, 2016 Calaveras Sheriff's deputies arrested Kenneth James Peterson, Jr. (26) of Murphys, on Chardonnay Court in Murphys.
Peterson was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for alleged Battery with Serious Bodily Injury and Preventing or Dissuading a Victim or Witness, both felonies.
