On November 7, 2016 the Calaveras Sheriff's Office arrested Conrad Lester Jarvis (22) of Valley Springs on Hwy 26.
Jarvis was booked into the Calaveras County Jail for allegedly Binging a controlled substance into the jail, a felony and for Obstructing or resisting a peace officer, a misdemeanor.
