According to CHP on May 2, 2017 around 9:55 PM Haven Collins (21) of Lodi, was driving a 2005 Honda on Quail Oaks Road near Butler Lane in Valley Springs at approximately 45 MPH.
Collins made an unsafe turning movement as she was negotiating a slight left hand curve in the roadway, allowing the Honda to travel off the roadway onto the shoulder.
The Honda then rolled over and came to rest on its wheels. Collins was treated at Mark Twain Hospital for minor injuries and then booked into the Calaveras County Jail on suspicion of DUI.
A passenger, Maxwell King (25) of Lodi was not injured in the collision.
