Supervisor Dennis Mills in Calaveras County forced the county to PAY for 2 more full days of consulting because of his and Jack Cox's poor EIR.
The consulting firm that Calaveras County had to pay to THROW Mills' EIR into the garbage will be billed to Calaveras County. Mills and Cox are a disgusting threat to our county.
