One member of the public in Calaveras County attacked Supervisor Mills at the Board meeting on October 24, 2017 for intentionally trying to faust off a phony EIR on the citizens of Calaveras about cannabis.
This was a scare tactic, which the resident said BACKFIRED on Mills and Jack Cox. He said that he cannot trust the man. We already knew that, sir!
