Not only did Supervisor Oliveira state at the February 13, 2018 board meeting, that Rite of Passage is a donations only based project, but he mispronounced Fricot City Road.
FREE-COTT City Road has the Rite of Passage, which is totally paid thousands of dollars per student by the STATE of California to house those criminal teens.
Oliveira says he is joining their advisory board. They pay NO taxes to Calaveras County. Even their vehicles are registered in Nevada. Somebody better wise him up.
