We tried to follow up on questions we received about a trip DiBasilio made to Chicago, as he said, to pick up a prize.
We have been told that at least 3 others from the department also made the trip. When we called the Calaveras Auditor to get a cost, we were told the bills had not yet been turned in.
Does this mean that the bills will not be made public until after the November 6, 2018 election? Why would this be?
