Governor Gavin Newsome has some different ideas about what should happen in the courtyard
just outside his office at the Capitol.
Where Schwarzenegger had a smoking tent and Brown had a dog run, Newsome plans to turn the area into a children's playground.
It is all part of his making the capitol a family friendly place to work.
