Murphys Sanitary District Meeting Tonite at 6 PM

   We just received the agenda for the Murphys Sanitary District for October. They will meet on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 instead of Monday, due to the holiday. It begins at 6 PM.

   Accepting the resignation of President Pat Davies
is on the agenda and approval of moving the office to another building. The present office is owned by the Davies.

    Also on the agenda is discussion of a new general counsel. New Board member training policies, and changing their public elections to coincide with the General Elections in the County. CCWD is also changing their elections to make the the timing the same.

   Also agendized is showing appreciation to Supervisor Callaway for getting them the bail-out so they can dump the illegally collected sludge at the County Landfill for FREE!

   A webinar about avoiding Harrassment is also on the agenda. In addition, there are two letters from Ann and Michael Peccia under correspondence.
