In a somewhat surprising turn of events, the President of Murphys Sanitary Board, Pat Davies has resigned, effective immediately.
We have reported that many conflicts of interest appear to affect her ability to be an effective
board member of MSD, and her husband's out of control outburst towards the General Manager Julio Guerra seemed to be the top of the SEWER LINE.
Fred Kett, who has been serving as VP will move into the position of President temporarily, until an election can be held.
They will be looking for a new Board member to sit on MSD as this leaves one vacancy. We are certain that the remainder of the MSD board is grateful for the time Ms. Davies gave to MSD over the years.

Nothing personal against the Davies, but MSD needs a clean slate.
