June 10, 2013: Part 2 The power-point presentation could only be seen by people in the front row and many complained.
The man said they could see it on the video on the internet.
Several said they don't have internet. Today I heard you couldn't see them on the video either.
They tried to convince Ebbetts Pass residents that they would benefit from the rate increase with new pipes in some places.
What about FIRE HYDRANTS? Underhill never allowed us to get real fire hydrants!!!
One man asked why the district didn't set aside money for the past 50 years so they could replace things as necessary.
No real answer was given and one person said "It has been mismanaged for years."
Another person said "CCWD made loans out to people and never got repaid".
