Direct TV doesn't show much heart

   Apparently Jeremy Beach called his Direct TV customer service representative and was not given that warm and fuzzy feeling.

   Beach was calling to notify the company that his home burnt down in the Colorado wildfire and his TV and equipment was included.

   The rep told Beach that he would have to pay $400 to the firm as a result of the fire and therefore early termination of the contract.  Whoa!!!

   It wasn't long before Beach told NBC News and Direct TV then had its own fire to put out.  Mr. Beach will not be charged, and the management apologized.
