George Zimmerman Murder trial-GUNS

The 40 jurors that have been selected among the hundreds originally brought in are being asked some hard questions.

The ones about guns and how you feel about people who are allowed to carry concealed guns is especially telling in this day of horror killings.

The defense is going to have to sift through those who admitted either having had a violent experience and/or their natural fear of those who carry weapons.

Many of them stated that they don't know if the person carrying is thinking clearly or will act only as a last resort.

Since we are aware that OUR Sheriff allows people with known military  mental illness to carry concealed weapons, its only natural that the nation fears all who carry guns.

The problem is that once a person is approved to have a concealed weapon, there are NO further re-investigations, even though their life circumstances and mental problems, etc. change.

We also understand that ex-military are able to hide their PTSD from the investigation initially. That scares us, and it should scare you.

The PTSD soldier in Texas who shot a fellow soldier who was their to help him was encouraged in fact, to shoot and use weapons.  Somebody is NUTS to allow this!!

Fascinating that they are letting us watch it. This is a cross section of AMerica telling us that those who have carry permits are most likely paranoid and don't want anyone to know they carry. They most likely should not have a gun at all.

This is also about race. Big-time. You could kind of tell who on the jury may be racist or not. Now comes the strikes by attorneys.

the judge just allowed a woman to stay on the jury who had questioned why Trayvon was out after dark buying candy. Whoa!

Did anyone notice that there are 6 attorneys and Zimmerman at the defense table. Zimmerman must have gotten loads of donations to pay for all this. How sad!

It seems clear that the defense has spent a lot of money on jury consultants. the prosecution doesn't seem to have a chance in this part of the trial.
