Looks like we won't have Ahmadinejad to kick around anymore (teehee). Hassan Rouhani, who is considered a moderate is reported to have received just over 50% of the votes in the election there, so there will be no run-off.
72.3% of the eligible voters turned out for this election. LA wishes it could get even half that amount to turn out for theirs. In the most recent election there, only 20% showed up to vote.
We'll miss you Ahmadinejad... NOT!
