The Tuolumne County Planning Commission meets on June 19, 2013 at 6 PM in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in Sonora to consider plans for a new residential care facility.
Richard and Hazel Mitchell are applying to put a 40' x 100' residential care facility providing a total of 42 beds for men, with 8 beds for military veterans and 8 beds for men on SSI-Medicare available year-round and 20 to 26 beds only available during the winter and periods of extreme summer weather.
They also plan a 40'x50' thrift shop. The parcel is located at Eagle Ridge Drive and Tuolumne Rd in East Sonora.
