Rancho Calaveras, otherwise known as District 5 is a very smart group of voters. They very seldom, if ever re-elect a bad Supervisor (Unlike some other districts we could mention)
We conducted a very unofficial poll of people who live and vote there and if this holds, Supervisor Spellman is on his way back to Utah (or wherever it is he belongs).
Residents have suffered repeated embarrassment, neglect (while he runs off trying to get noticed by higher office-holders), have had to listen to his repeated rants, (some religious in nature) and they are through with it.
Spellman had his chance to do good for his people, but he chooses to try and look important instead, ignoring the important things while he WHINES about not getting enough GOOD publicity after a child died and a fire hit Rancho.
Enough is enough! Who is it that will step up and take the responsibility for a district that really needs a smart, calm and responsible person who has no grandiose plans to become president of the United States.
