Calaveras Supervisors raising RIM Fees Again

As if the Calaveras Supervisors haven't done enough to kill jobs, end growth and kill businesses in
Calaveras County, they are again raising RIM (Road Impact Mitigation) Fees on builders at their meeting today, Tuesday November 12, 2013.

They made sure not to let anyone know the agenda until Friday afternoon, so they wouldn't have to answer any questions, and so no one can have time to research any item on the agenda.

We know that Supervisor Callaway has said "We need to raise RIM Fees while builders are down, so they don't fill the Chambers".

We sent each Supervisor an email asking why they don't just double them. That would be around $11,000 per home built.

That way they could end all building and jobs and growth in the County, which is what they are really trying to do anyway.  We have not yet heard back from them.

Sierra Sentinel, can you do cumulative building cost to government survey? That would be enlightening to the citizens of this county.
Water, sewer, electric hookup costs, planning & building permits, etc.
