A big swing has taken place in California; that of the power of money, and thus politics. The most recent is that it may be the current Mayor of San Francisco who is named to be the next Ambassador to China.
The entire Silicon Valley area, and the Googles of the world located there, have made a big shift in the true power of California.
Even though Southern California has 4 times as many people, at least North California's Bay Area has something to show; we make the MONEY and create jobs!!! And now we get the political attention we deserve.
