July 9, 2014 at 10 AM: CHP is still at the scene on Railroad Flat Rd and Hidden Meadow Lane in Railroad Flat where a big old cow has been reported as in the roadway.
CHP is attempting to notify the owners of the cow. Use extra caution if in that area.
