After a Bank of the West was robbed on Pacific Avenue in Stockton around 2 PM yesterday, police chased the SUV they were fleeing in for around 45 minutes with 3 hostages inside. There is a major investigation into this event.
Two of the suspects and 1 hostage was killed in the shootout. 1 suspect is still alive apparently. Why authorities shot for 5 minutes at the stopped vehicle, is not totally clear. Officers report that the suspects shot at them first.
