On May 26, 2015 the Calaveras Supervisors met for their regular meeting, minus two Supervisors.Supervisor Wright was unable
to attend and had notified the Board a couple of weeks prior and Supervisor Oliveira had shown up, but went home too ill to stay for the meeting.
Three is barely a quorum and the only problems could arise if something was needing a 4/5 vote for money.
The Administrative Officer pulled the items that required a 4/5 vote from their agenda.

the problem is that most of these supesvisors are way out of their element.
