A New Gang in Town

We are reposting this, as this was the funny article that resulted in the original death threat from a certain party in Calaveras County, who has also been reported
to Secret Service for making public threats against the President.

This anonymous death threat (because we believe this man to be a coward who threatens women) mentioned being in a "black body bag" and "a little sister".  We believe this person is truly sick and should not be allowed to have any weapons.

Calaveras Sheriff Kuntz, who claims publicly to be alert on all possible domestic terrorism possibilities, told us he already knew that the threat was sent by a man named Mike Preston when we reported it directly to him.

The two are close friends and the Sheriff, which we have publicly reported, said Preston had sent
him a personal home email after reading that we were prosecuting to the full extent of the law, that the death threat  "was just a joke!"

We asked the Sheriff, who at the time we supported, to turn it over to the District Attorney and he said he would.  HE NEVER DID! In fact, the police report disappeared, only to reappear over a year later when the Sheriff discovered we had kept the card and report number.

When the District Attorney's Office called Mr. Kuntz, he said he "didn't recall that" but tried to change the conversation to that we do not support him politically anymore.  I wonder why??

Did the District Attorney's Office trace his emails or Mr. Preston's at the time.  When we reported Kuntz' failure to turn over the email evidence, Attorney General Kamala Harris' office said the local Sheriff gets to make the decision of whether a threat should be investigated or not.

Our District Attorney at that time told us she could not be a part of this investigation because she had a severe "conflict of interest"!  Her husband works for Kuntz and she fears he could be fired or punished for going against Kuntz. Are you scared yet???

We even attempted to get a Grand Jury investigation of Kuntz, but he told them the lie, that we were only complaining for political reasons because we now do not support him.  How could anyone with any honor support a Sheriff who fails to protect people in the press or public.

This is Domestic Terrorism and yes, Calaveras County has Domestic Terrorists. We will go in to who are his political friends later.  And what are Preston's ties to this made up "Blue Tarp" gang?
There is much more to come!

UPDATE:  This hilarious story was first published in the SierraSentinel.com on May 16, 2012 at 2:48 PM.

Calaveras County has become famous for its various gangs, such as "The Gang Who Couldn't Count Straight" during the recall attempt by Russ Thomas supporters, and then the same group became known as "The Gang Who Couldn't File Straight" when the same group failed to even file the next recall properly.

Now we have a new gang, known as "The Giant Blue Tarp Gang", this is a gang who hides behind a giant blue tarp. Are they thieving, poisoning dogs, trespassing, or vandalizing? No one knows for sure, but we do hear that Ebbetts Pass area residents are enjoying a rest and a bit of privacy after years of torment.

Now we have to ask "How many thieves, dog poisoners, trespassers or vandals does it take to hang a giant blue tarp?"   We've been told two, one little short squawty one to pass the rope through the space between his ears, and one big fat one who likes to let the rope run back and forth nearest his brain, (between his legs)!

Not one person is complaining about a blue tarp, which  this type of person passes as a new fence, because with that type of mentality, you simply want to steer clear. And since we heard there are now cameras and more cameras being added everywhere nearby, it will hide all of the "INSANITY" that goes on behind the "Blue Tarp" fence.

We wish the "Blue Tarp Gang" better luck that the others have had in the county. Of course, the others had their share of Dingy Water Birds and Fryed Frogs, so this one is no different from them. And until the Sheriff decides to do the right thing, Ebbetts Pass will hope that they stay behind their "Blue Tarp", even if it has no bars!
