Sonora man charged with Animal Cruelty per police

   After an apartment manager turned in a video of a man in a red Toyota grabbing a cat by the tail and swinging it, hitting in on the ground, Sonora Police investigated.

   Spencer Morse, (19) of Sonora
 according to police, admitted slamming this cat on the ground and apparently one other cat.  He was charged with alleged Animal Cruelty.  The cat died from its injuries.

     Morse apparently told authorities he was mad because a week before the cat had bitten him.
