And the Pine Needle scandal continues

Pine needle baskets sell for
quite a bit online.
District 3 Supervisor  Oliveira has been unable to handle the "Ebbetts Pass pine needle scandal" apparently, since now the Rock Creek Landfill in Milton is considering closing that site to pine needles because they now have so many.

Cal Fire has not responded in our question about how the County seems to be blaming them for so many pine needles overloading their landfills, and if they have a solution.  We have been told people are dumping their yard waste in the forest.

Even Miller's Yard in Arnold is no longer accepting 'dirty' loads, meaning they will take pine needles, but no sticks or any other leaves or type of waste is allowed.

Does anyone remember 'Needle Pac', a company in Ebbetts Pass who took pine needles and made beautiful baskets, etc. out of them?
